There are no fees for cancellations or no-shows, as we value making your experience as stress-free as possible. However, if you know you won't be able to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as you can so we can offer your spot to another guest. Your consideration helps us serve everyone better and keeps our community running smoothly.
